Our new mobility class will focus on improving range of motion through PT guided stretching and movement patterns. This class is for anyone that struggles with full range of motion due to age or injury. Athletes and active individuals will benefit from the class as well to help prevent injuries and improve overall physical well-being.
Kids 10 and up will enjoy this functional fitness class incorporating weight training, bodyweight, and other cardio exercises to get their body moving and heart rate up.
LIT classes offer modified versions of all movements and repetitions to ensure you get the workout tailored to your comfort and capabilities.
Classes not designated as one of the above are open to any individual familiar with functional fitness and barbell movements. Movements and weights can still be modified to meet your needs.
